I'm a Software Development Manager at Oracle NetSuite Foundation AI Services, based in Brno, Czechia, leading people, technical direction, planning, and execution for AI/ML engineering teams. My focus is building high-performing teams, delivering scalable AI solutions, developing engineers and emerging leaders, and driving consistent execution and measurable organizational impact.
I'm currently pursuing an MBA (Brno University of Technology & University of St. Francis), with coursework focused on business management, organizational leadership, and strategy — skills I'm applying directly in my people and organizational leadership responsibilities at Oracle NetSuite.
My technical foundation spans formal software verification research at VeriFIT (FIT BUT), an internship at Amazon Web Services in the Kernel & OS Security team, six years of e-commerce engineering at PeckaDesign, and applied AI engineering at Oracle NetSuite — where I've spent the last two years building practical, scalable AI solutions before moving into engineering management. Alongside this, I've been deepening my understanding of AI through university studies over the past several years. I believe the best engineering managers are those who deeply understand both the craft and the people behind it.
